Our coffee and merchandise is shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS First-Class Mail, or USPS Priority Mail Express, to the United States and Canada. We do not offer international shipping beyond Canada at this time.
USPS Priority Mail has a stated estimated shipping time of 1-5 business days; USPS First-Class Mail has a weight limit of 13 oz and an estimated shipping time of 1-3 business days; USPS Priority Mail Express offers a 1-2 day expedited service. Most orders ship out in 1-2 days.
When your package has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email notification and tracking number. To track the status of your shipment, click on the tracking number, which will redirect you to the USPS site. It may take up to 24 hours before package status information becomes available.
We are not responsible, liable, or obligated to reship or refund the cost of any packages that are stolen or Returned-to-Sender. Upon receipt of a returned package, we will kindly contact the customer to determine the reason for the return. We can then reship the package, provided the customer pays for new shipping charges incurred in full.
